What is Sandbox?

The Sandbox provides a guided testing environment that helps you prepare your account before sending live traffic. It allows you to test messages without impacting real users or consuming live credits. New Javna CPaaS accounts are redirected to the Sandbox page upon first login, where users can test WhatsApp messaging in a trial environment before going live. This section introduces the different areas available in the Sandbox for testing WhatsApp messaging. Each subsection explains the purpose and usage of these areas.
