About Campaign Reports

Campaign reports in Javna CPaaS provide valuable insights into how well your messaging campaigns are performing, helping you understand what works and improve future efforts. The reports are divided into two sections: the Campaign Summary, which gives an overview of message delivery results, including total messages, delivery rates, credit and package usage; and the Message Details, where you can apply filters and run a search to see key information such as Message ID, Recipients, Channel/Sender, Sent At, Status, and Delivered At.
