Message Logs

The “Message Log” page allows you to view and filter logs of WhatsApp and SMS messages sent through the platform. It includes detailed information about each message, such as its ID, recipients, channel/sender, sent time, status, and delivery time.

Note: The message log retains data for a duration of only one day and refreshes daily.
