What are the account packages

In Javna CPaaS, account packages are channel-specific, meaning that the package balance will allow you to send communication messages only over a specific channel. For example, if you have an SMS package added to your account, you cannot use it for sending WhatsApp messages, and vice versa.
The admin will add a channel-specific package with points to your account, enabling you to send SMS and WhatsApp messages.
You can list and view packages added to your account to track and monitor your package usage effectively. This ensures that you have clear visibility of your messaging capabilities.
