The Components of the “Message Details”

The Message Details page includes several components to help you filter and view detailed message information including:

1. Campaign Filter:

A single-selection filter to choose the specific campaign you want to view details for.

2. Status Filter:

A single-selection filter to view messages by their current status:

• All: Displays messages of all statuses, offering a comprehensive view of every message in the selected campaign.

• Pending: Shows messages that are queued or scheduled but have not yet been sent.

• Delivered: Lists messages that successfully reached the recipients

• Halted: Indicates messages that were stopped from sending, potentially due to campaign settings or restrictions.

• Failed: Highlights messages that could not be delivered due to errors, such as invalid numbers or network issues.

• Send: Displays messages that were dispatched but have not yet received a delivery confirmation.

3. Search Button:

Apply the selected filters to generate the results list.

4. A list:

This list displays once you apply the filters and click “Search”. Here are the key details shown for each message:

a. Message ID: The unique identifier for each message.

b. Recipient: The recipient of the message.

c. Channel/Sender: The channel and the sender used to deliver the message

d. Sent At: The time when the message was sent.

e. Status: The current status of the message including:

  • Pending: This status indicates that the message is queued for sending.
  • Delivered: When a message shows this status, it means it has been successfully delivered to the recipient’s device.
  • Halted: A message marked as halted has been intentionally stopped from being sent.
  • Failed: Messages with this status have errors that stopped them from being delivered. You can hover over the failed status icon to see the reason for the failure.
  • Send: This status means the message has been sent but hasn't been confirmed as delivered yet.

f. Delivered At: The time when the message was delivered.
