Accessing the “Blocked users” page

The 'Blocked Users' feature allows you to manage unwanted contacts and ensure secure communication on WhatsApp. We will guide you here on the steps that you can follow to access the “Blocked users” page:

1. Log in to your Javna CPaaS account using your credentials.

2. from the left-side menu of the homepage, click on the "WhatsApp" drop down menu, then click on the option labelled "Blocked users".

3. Upon clicking, you'll be redirected to the "blocked users" page
