Registered Number Limits

Initially, business portfolios (Business Manager accounts) are limited to 2 registered business phone numbers, but this limit can be increased to up to 20.
Now, the question is how can you increase registered phone numbers?
Your business may qualify for an increase in the phone number limit if one of these happens:

1. Your business has been verified.
2. Your business initiates 1,000 or more conversations within a 30-day period using high-quality templates.
   If an increase is warranted, the limit will be automatically updated, and a notification will be sent to you through Meta Business Suite notification.

If an increase is not warranted, the limit will remain at 2. If more than a week has passed since verification and the limit is still 2, ensure that phone number and message quality are monitored, and appropriate actions are taken to improve quality scores.
Upon improving the scores, if an increase is warranted, the limit will be automatically updated, and a notification will be sent accordingly.
